The Florida Guardianship Database Transparency (FLGDT) System is a statewide database of guardian and guardianship case information that aims to facilitate improving court oversight of guardianship cases while also providing transparency to the public.

Guardian information and data regarding individual guardians registered with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs’ (DOEA) Office of Public and Professional Guardians (OPPG) is provided by OPPG. Questions, concerns, and requests for information regarding registered guardians and guardian data contained within the FLDGT should be directed to the OPPG. Guardianship case information is provided by the Florida’s Clerks and Comptrollers Association (FLCCC), Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS). Case information is reported to CCIS by Florida’s counties Clerks of Court. Questions, concerns, and requests for information regarding guardianship case information contained within the FLGDT should be directed to the county Clerk of Court where the case resides.
